I am tad salsa obsessed! My in laws make the best salsa’s. Chunky, blended, green, red, you name it. And I love them all. On our last night in Cali, my FIL made some blended salsa just for me! I am one happy gal! He grilled his veggies and popped them in the blender. This time he used Roma tomatoes, jalapeños, yellow chili’s, onion, cilantro, lime, and garlic salt. Warm salsa is so good. Try it sometime 😉
